Custom order pricing

Looking to have something custom made? No problem, I'd love to work with you on creating something original and unique. A few simple steps and we're on the way. 

1. Please reach out to me via email or through my website in order to discuss the details of your project. 
2. A Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total product cost will be required. The deposit secures your place in the production schedule and covers the cost of design time, materials and setup. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping or local pickup. 
3. For large commissions, specialty tooling, or projects requiring unique artwork, a higher deposit (up to 75%) may be requested. Repeat customers and wholesale partners may qualify for reduced deposit terms at our discretion. 
4. All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced. By submitting a deposit, you agree to these terms and confirm the details of your custom order as approved in writing or digitally.
